Elevate 9D Breathwork Session
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re hosting a guided breathwork session designed to help you pause, reset, and refocus during the working day. The team at Glandore have had the opportunity to experience the session first-hand and would highly recommend giving it a try.
Delivered by Elevate 9D, this session combines structured breathing techniques with immersive audio technology to support stress reduction, improved focus, and overall wellbeing. Using specialised headsets and multi-layered sound, the experience creates a focused environment that helps calm the nervous system and reduce mental overload.
This session is designed to help you step away from daily pressures and return to work feeling more clear-headed, grounded, and re-energised. It also introduces practical techniques that can be applied beyond the session to better manage stress and maintain focus throughout the day.
