Over a period of six weeks Glandore have partnered with local family run Gym - Sloans to offer our members lunchtime workout sessions. Each session will be different in order to give members an insight into the range of classes available.

The second session is - Lower Body Circuits

Leg Day!! Come join our lower body circuit class which will push those legs to their limits, including prowler pushes, stairmaster workouts, and various other leg exercises.

These classes will be aimed at people of all abilities and tailored to your needs.
