Over a period of six weeks Glandore have partnered with local family run Gym - Sloans to offer our members lunchtime workout sessions. Each session will be different in order to give members an insight into the range of classes available.

Our third session is Spin.

 Spin is great for both those looking to shed some weight and those who are looking to increase their strength and endurance.
