Over a period of six weeks Glandore have partnered with local family run Gym - Sloans to offer our members lunchtime workout sessions. Each session will be different in order to give members an insight into the range of classes available.

The fourth session is - learning how to box.

Become a Champion with Sloan's Gym's boxing-based workout. Get trim and learn the ropes of boxing in this high intensity exercise session.

 Incorporating both punchbag work and boxing-based circuits this class will definitely be a knockout blow!
