With that in mind, let's come together and join Aoife for a 45 minute Desk Yoga and Meditation. We'll explore a gentle yoga practice, which can be done in your work attire without props, to bring movement back to the body and finish with a relaxing body scan.
Whether your aim is to improve posture, relax, reduce stress or simply boost your energy levels, our instructor will show you how to stretch and relax your body whilst quietening your mind! This class can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you are new to yoga or are a veteran, Yoga is considered an ideal balance to today's hectic and stressful lifestyle.
No experience necessary. If you would prefer to do the class on a yoga mat that is no problem, bring it along and Aoife will give you the optional altered movements.
Aoife, a former member of the Glandore team has been practicing yoga for many years. Like many dancers, movers and shakers Aoife started yoga and was instantly drawn to a new type of moving meditation. Aoife completed her 500hr Yoga Therapy Diploma in 2015 with the wonderful Yoga Therapy Ireland and has been teaching corporate, community and children's yoga ever since.
