Work/Life Balance with Mary Curran Creating a balance between work and life outside work can be a challenge for some people. However, in order to best manage this balance we first need to know what we can do to improve our life. This workshop will provide basic information on how to analyse a current situation, recognise any shortfalls in relation to work-life balance and know how to make the changes to get that balance right. Getting a positive balance between time and energy spent on work and time and energy spent on life beyond work has been shown to improve the quality of life and to help us to be more productive and efficient at our job.
