Making Sense of Diversity and Inclusion sessionsJoin us in Glandore Belfast for our next installment of the Making Sense of Diversity and Inclusion sessions.

We will be using these events to offer trusted spaces to share knowledge, experience and the impact of moving towards a truly diverse and inclusive workplace.

Allyship is consistently and actively supporting or advocating for under-represented or under-recognised groups.

The role of allies is to co-create a society where less allyship is needed. It is working to change the culture so that anyone, regardless of identity, is treated fairly. And when injustice occurs, it is believed, listened to, validated, and challenged.

We will be using this session to dig deeper on Allyship & Advocacy in the Workplace. We will look at;

Knowing your Bias
What is Effective Allyship?
Turning Intention into Action
Continued Allyship for Sustainable Change

Coffee, tea and a light breakfast will be provided. Everyone is welcome to this space!
