Glandore Members are invited to come along to a series of lunch time excercise sessions with Better Gyms Belfast. The third session is RPM:
RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It is fun, low impact and suitable for all levels of fitness. You’ll have great music as the instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. RPM will increase your cardio fitness as you control your own resistance levels and speed to build up your fitness level over time.
