Managing work and life demands can be a juggling act, so we have invited Nutritionist and stress management trainer, Claire Clerkin, to give us some practical pointers.

During the live presentation, Claire will share some evidence-based lifestyle and diet habits that can mitigate the effects of stress and build resilience during challenging times.

During the talk, you’ll learn:

  • How to optimise diet, sleep and movement to support the body during busy periods
