Over a period of six weeks Glandore have partnered with local family run Gym - Sloans to offer our members lunchtime workout sessions. Each session will be different in order to give members an insight into the range of classes available.

Our final session is  Upper Body Circuits

Time to get those arms working in our upper body circuit class aimed at targeting your arms, shoulders, chest, and back! We will use a variety of body weight and weighted exercises!

These classes will be aimed at people of all abilities and tailored to your needs.
